Robinson is an independent teenager who refuses to succumb to peer pressure. When he crosses paths Yvan on the first day of school, he feels protective of him. Small in stature and with a distinctive appearance, Yvan is targeted by the school bully, while others turn a blind eye. Robinson bravely stands up for Yvan but keeps a cautious from him distance outside of school. He has his own problems, as his parents separated over the summer, leaving him living with his father. But when Yvan disappears, Robinson realizes that his friend’s life may be more complicated than he’d first thought.
