Fifteen artworks from the newly-renovated Cantonal Museum of Fine Art in Lausanne come to life as they themselves recount their stories.
Be it a work from the sixteenth century or the twentieth, a Swiss painter or a French, from Louis Soutter, Félix Vallotton or Auguste Rodin, hearing the artworks talk about themselves is simply captivating! In each instance, a character depicted in the work explains how and why the piece came to be, at times narrating the broad-strokes, and other times focusing on smaller details.
